What is the difference between the atkins diet and the suzanne somers diet?

I feel like the Atkins diet and the Suzanne Somers Diet are alot alike. Her’s is more combining than the Atkins….does anyone know which one is better or have any advice??

    Atkins is now dead, Suzanne is still alive.

    I would take the somers diet over Atkins any day. My sis was on somers. All it is mostly is just keeping your carb meals separated from your fat and protein meals. Make sure they are healthy carbs (whole wheat pastas, breads,(no refined sugars) etc.) I believe Atkins eliminates most any carbs, good or bad. Just think on somers you can still have a grilled chicken salad with vinegar and oil, cheese and any thing else that is protein or fat. (don’t put the croutons on though, its a carb). For a carb meal you can still have pasta with whole wheat noodles and sauce.(just with no meat) Good Luck
